Planned works can be scheduled during night hours to avoid disruption to daily site operations. Priority booking available when timeframes are tight (scope and dates agreed in advance).

A structured site walk-through with hazard observations, photo evidence and a clean defect log — designed to support audits, reduce liability exposure, and protect the people responsible for the site.

One visit, clear photos, clear notes — suitable for landlords, letting agents, and overseas owners who need reliable updates without chasing contractors.
